To use , take the screw on lid of and remove the plastic bung replace the lid then tip the bottle upside down. for about 2 to 5 seconds, and you can see the oil start to come through the cap, and that's what's going to release the scent. The longer you hold it upside down, the more oil it's going to diffuse. and the stronger it's going to smell. Then replace the plastic bung and screw the lid back on, repeat as and when needed
